Personality profiling helps people understand their preferred style of communication and to recognise the personality and styles of communication of their colleagues and customers.

Once you have purchased your profile a member of our MENTA team will email you over your personalised link to complete your personality questionnaire. You will then receive a detailed written report which provides a snapshot of how you see yourself at this moment. The profile includes a ‘self-graph’ depicting your colour energies and feedback on your strongest areas and hidden potential. Once you have purchased you will be emailed the profile questionnaire and once completed your report will be emailed to you.

We have 4 different profile types available:

Youth Profile – The Youth Profile is aimed at 14-17 year olds.
New Direction Profile – The New Direction Profile is designed for people who are facing a change in their lives, including undergraduates and graduates.
Personal Profile – The Personal Profile helps you understand your communication style, strengths, and areas for development by exploring how you naturally think and interact with others.
Full Profile – The Full Profile offers a deeper exploration of your personality, including your core values, hidden potential, and development opportunities, giving a comprehensive picture of how you can grow and thrive personally and professionally.

Please note if a profile is purchased after 4pm on a Friday you will not receive your questionnaire until the following Monday.
